If you receive a product and are not happy with it, please contact us. If we've made a mistake in packaging or describing, we take responsibility for that and will make full reparations to you. If you've ordered the wrong item or find you no longer need or want what you've ordered, your return is conditional, depending on the time frame of return, the condition of the returned items and any other mitigating factors. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and do not refund shipping fees for returns due to customer remorse.
